Cars that tend to be mis-classed

Convertibles: Basically all stock and mild Modified converts go in a Muscle or non- Muscle Convert class.   The exceptions are Winners Circle, Unrestored originals, Specialty, and highly Modified.  AMC converts in AMC class.

Muscle Car Era CarsAll Muscle car era cars in show field A except for highly Modified, Winners Circle, Unrestored Original

Stock VS Modified VS Highly Modified: Classing point deductions determine which class fits your car. Minor modifications such as rims, valve covers etc. will put you in the Modified class if your points exceed 10. At over 20 points you are in a highly Modified or custom class.

VOTING: Mopars in the Park is a participant vote show. Each show participant will receive on ballot. Your car is not judged or critiqued by a panel of people so sit back and have fun.

The number of awards per class is adjusted to fit the number of  MOPARS in that class. Additional awards may be awarded for classes with more participants than other.

The club will also recognize several participants with various special awards for things like best motor, long distance etc. These awards are picked by a pre-selected member.

CLASSING DISCLAIMER: We make every effort to insure you are in the correct class. You know your car best and occasionally we do make a mistake. You are responsible to make sure you are classed correct. Any intentional misrepresentation could result in your forfeit of votes.

If you have any questions on your proper classing; email the club or stop by the Registration Table for a clarification.
