*** Camping on the fair grounds ***
Camping during our 2023 event will be $25/night. If you arrive on Thursday, you will pay $75 for Thursday, Friday and Saturday nights. If you arrive on Friday, you will pay $50 for Friday and Saturday nights. If you arrive Saturday, you will pay $25 for Saturday night. No refunds for early departure. Payments accepted are cash, check and/or charge.
NO ARRIVALS PRIOR TO 7:00 a.m. Thursday. Our volunteers cannot set up, stripe, etc when there are campers already on the field, so we are starting our set-up one day earlier. DO NOT attempt to arrive earlier than 7am Thursday.
There are NO HOOK UPS!! No electrical, no water, and no dump site on the fairgrounds. Anyone who does hook up to either electrical or water will be charged with THEFT OF UTILITIES by the Deputies on patrol.
Anyone on the grounds after 8 p.m. on Thursday, Friday and/or Saturday must be wearing their 3-day wristbands and must have their camp permit on their unit.
NO PREREGISTRATION for camping — all campers are required to pay upon arrival, not before. Kent Stennes and his Camp Crew will have a trailer on site, set up to take your information and payment, issue your permit, and direct you to parking.
CAMP SPOTS are all south of 43rd (due to generator restrictions) and will be marked with flags, posts and tape, or paint on the ground, and maps will be available for reference.
SWAPPERS THAT STAY OVERNIGHT/CAMP will be required to pay for camping each night, per the above guidelines. Swappers which are using generators will need to be in spots closer to 43rd and further from the northern neighbors (the Swap Crew knows these requirements also).
NO GROUND FIRES per the Fire Marshal. Grills are permitted. Fire rings are not permitted.
